These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "Player") and pjfun ("the Company," "pjfun Casino," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the pjfun platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available at https://pjfun.club and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with pjfun's systems, data, or source code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pjfun staff, agents, or other Players.
• Creating or using multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Facilitating access by any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

pjfun reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this section, to void any winnings or balances associated with prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement agencies where required.

All content on the pjfun Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, trademarks, and databases — is the exclusive property of pjfun or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without pjfun's prior written consent.

pjfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. All Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming features available in their account settings, which include:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits

pjfun does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform and accepts no liability for loss caused by technical failures, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events outside pjfun's reasonable control.

pjfun reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued access poses a risk to pjfun's regulatory standing, operational integrity, or other Players.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming cooling-off period.
• The Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pjfun account may do so by contacting customer support. Legitimate balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

pjfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a pjfun account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to pjfun's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.
